C. Valliappa
Chairman

The founder of the Sona Valliappa Group, he is a well-known industrialist in South India with interests ranging from Textiles through the Construction Industry to Information Technology. He belongs to that elite class of people who has had the privilege of being the President of both the Industrial (Greater Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and Trade (FKCCI) Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry chambers of commerce.

C. Valliappa was instrumental in getting India on the IT map, when Texas Instruments decided to partner with the group in infrastructure.

He was also invited to visit USA as a guest of the American Government to understand American business and identify the future growth of business between India and the US - a rare honour vested on only one businessman each year.

V. Chockalingam (Chocko Valliappa),
MD and CEO

V.Chockalingam is the moving force behind VeeFnA. Thanks to wide ranging exposure to technology and software, he has a vast experience in developing and exploring technologies. As an integral part of the group, Chocko has played a pivotal part in the group's progress. He has held key positions in Administration, International Business & Operations, Corporate Affairs, Strategic Planning & Marketing and Planning of Corporate Policies. His in-depth knowledge of European, Asian & Pan American Markets and expertise in forging Alliances and Joint Ventures of strategic importance has seen VeeFnA grow from strength to strength to emerge as one of India's largest companies in the Transaction Outsourcing business. Chocko is a thought leader in the outsourcing space.

Chocko has a passion for industrial engineering . He is one of the founding members of the YEO Bangalore chapter.

Thyagu Valliappa

Wing Commander K Krishnan (Retd)
Chief Operating Officer

Krishnan is a double Post Graduate (M.Sc. in Bio-Chemistry and M.Sc. in Defence Studies) and has a total of 29 years of Defence and Corporate Experience at Management Levels. While serving Indian Air Force (IAF), he has worked on Mainframes and PC networks for over 12 years in the fields of Inventory Management, Personnel Management and Purchase Management. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of System Analysis, Design, Project Management and Application Development. Being commissioned in the Logistics Branch of IAF, he has vast experience in planning, organizing and executing complex Logistics activities in the Defence Forces, including Defence Research and Development Organization.

Took voluntary retirement from IAF and served big Software Company (Enterprise Software Division of Accel Frontline) at Chennai as Head of Operations for 3 years. Has worked for large USA clients on various assignments. Well conversant with HIPAA, he is a quality specialist with a thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 standards and SEI-CMM. Krish joined Vee in 2002 and currently working as Chief Operating Officer.

Ramnath J.S

With over 15 years of experience in BPO/ITEs and having successfully migrated over 10 different processes, Ramnath is the SBU Head of the Insurance and TPA vertical. He had visited the clients in the US multiple times for projects migration.

As a member of ISMS (Information Security Management System) team he works closely with CISO. He is a certified internal auditor for both IQA and ISMS. With his in-depth knowledge on the US Health Care, he is an expert in HIPAA and SPMM.

Before joining Vee family he has worked for large USA clients providing e-Commerce and IT-enabled Services.

Soujanya Prakash

Ms.Soujanya has 12+ years of experience in the IT, ITES and Engineering Services Companies driving Human Resources Teams in line with Organization goals. She has worked in various capacities handling the entire Gamut of Human Resources like Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance and Potential Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll Administration, Statutory benefits, Labour Law and Contract Staffing. She has vast experience in strategic human resource management. Her experience spans across technical call centres, staffing companies and Engineering services companies. She has exposure to the labour law and HR management of resources in countries like Germany, France, Canada and United States.

Soujanya has graduated in Arts from Bangalore University and is a Post Graduate in Business Administration from Symbiosis. She also holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has completed the 3 year GNIIT program in Software Design and Networking.

Suresh Padmanapan

Heading a team of 100 members in both Bangalore and Salem delivery centers in Vee Technologies. Suresh has vast experience in US Healthcare BPO with key strength in revenue cycle management. He has done several onsite transitions in California, Virginia and Texas. Suresh is an expert in process re-design, performance and productivity improvement and has extensive experience in operations and training. He has completed his Bachelor of Science, Major Computer Science and has done Masters in Business Administration, Major Operations.

Rakhesh A. Haridas

Rakhesh heads 3 verticals – Healthcare, LPO and IT (Sona Technologies) and is reasonably new to the Vee family. Joined Vee Technologies in January 2010.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mangalore University and an MBA from Massey University, New Zealand and comes with over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing. Starting his career in the mechanical engineering segment, Rakhesh soon realized that sales is his calling and moved to other industries such as tyre manufacturing and then into software and IT services. He comes with a rich experience in field sales both at operational and at strategic levels having worked with companies at bleeding edge of technologies such as WAP solutions for mobile applications, SaaS applications on Talent Management, Payroll and HR, software development and most recently with Oracle corporation managing a team of business consultants selling into large strategic accounts in North America. Highly entrepreneurial, he was also involved in marketing activities and branding in his career and has mentored small businesses on a voluntary basis whilst in Auckland. Outside of work, his interest involves writing, travelling, observing culture, cooking, theatre, archaeology and history.

He has wide experience in Manufacturing (Process and Discrete), Logistics, Software Development, Project Management, Management and IT Consulting, Trading and Services. He has headed Indus Cybertech Pvt. Ltd, as its CEO for 11 years to Architect M'Power – a World-Class ERP and SCM solutions for the Process and Discrete Manufacturing Industry and managed complete Software Development Product Life cycle for over 8+ years. He has implemented ERP / software solutions across the world including US, Europe and Asia. Earlier, he was instrumental in the establishment of Protchem Industries (100% Export Oriented Unit) and had ensured profitability through efficient operations, technology assimilation, new products development, as its CEO for 11 years.
