* Design & implement work flow processes.
* Plan and ensure the project TAT is met.
* Allocate the work based on priority of the files / batches.
* Set Targets for team leads and processors.
* Maintain Batch control logs.
* Track the progress of individual batches.
* Clarify any doubts raised by the team and consult the Supervisor or Manager in case if further clarification is required.
* Maintain & submit daily production reports, Dash boards, Audit reports, etc.,
* Maintain records for overall performance and progress of the shift.
* Liaison with systems and IT team for smooth flow of work.
* Timely Client communication.
* Monitor the quality and provide feedback to team leaders and processors regularly.
* Ensure the quality of output is as per SLA.
* Mentor trainees.
* Maintain process documents and ensure regular updates.
* Ensure all updates from client are recorded.
* Conduct daily team briefs and update the team in every shift.
* Proper handing over at the end of shift.
* Ensure the team meets the daily targets and extend the shift if the targets are not met.
* Provide refresher / process training at regular intervals.
* Participate in Weekly conference calls with the clients/ top management
